Room was great. The heated toilet seat was a nice surprise. Bed was comfy. Robes and slip On shoes in cupboard. Went to Winston’s downstairs for dinner it was good. Front desk very pleasant and helpful.

No room available at a late check in, Waited 45 minutes but they gave us a voucher for the dining room to make up for it. Room,Restaurant and inside of the hotel was fabulous Staff was top notch

Found the rooms clean, butbthe bathroom small in size. Not what appeared in the photo's. The bathroom have heated seats and bidets, interesting. Staff was very friendly and professional. Found the TV control was not for our TV and the the alarm pre-set at 6am, which i could not turn off. I advised the staff and received apologies and offered a coupon for breakfast. Neg's - rough area of town, but parking was decent above ground or ground level. Overall- Enjoyed the stay based on the location to where we needed to be. Professional staff and the pool/hottub was ok.
