"- Room was cozy and clean. - Corridor smelled great. - Excellent buffet options available for a price. - Staff were friendly and courteous. - Room service was amazing. - There is also a pool table, prayer room, meeting rooms etc. Also, plenty of comfy seating available in the lobby. - Jeddah is big city. So, taxi or car rental would be ideal. I took a cab and can’t speak about other forms of transportation. - They also graciously accept to keep my luggage after checking out until my flight later in the day. Wish there were dental and shaving kits available in the room .. that would be a plus. However, I couldn’t have asked for more. Great value for money. Really enjoyed my stay here."

"It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed who brought meals to my room on two occassions for his courtesy and professionalism. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. They need to tag their two entrances (on opposite sides) on Google maps because Uber drivers and customers often get confused on where exactly the pick up is. While the hotel is strategically located close yo Al-Balad, there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. "

"This hotel is a gem, hidden between two very busy roads! Room was spacious, very comfortable beds and linens, and very good pillows too! A small living area is great to rest, eat and chat. Bathroom is small but shower has very good pressure. Breakfast was amazing! So many options that we’d probably need hours to be able to have a bit of everything. Egg station was great, nice selection of fruits, cereals, oats, etc. good selection of teas, and coffee was great. There was also a Starbucks store in the lobby. Parking is underground, with plenty of parking spots. It’s free. They have a small gym and a nice pool and bar on the rooftop, with nice views too. Overall we love our stay at Centro Shaheen!"
