Booked late at night due to a family emergency. Called as it would be late check in. Absolutely useless in a really stressful situation. It’s self check in - that’s all she needed to tell us.
I can’t believe the other reviews about the superb cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy. Dried Toothpaste all over the sink , balls of dust all over the floor, grubby nets on the window.
We were desperate and exhausted after a 6 hr drive and a hospital visit so managed a couple of hours sleep and quickly left.

Very nice 2 night stay, Easy to reach from Gloucester Rd tube station and walked to Royal Albert Hall for Proms concerts and V&A museum. A good affordable hotel in thr Kensington area. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good too.
