The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. 「Really nice suite in a quiet location. Good ckear instructions for self-check-in. The suite has a modern, no frills feel with good crisp furnishings. Added bonus was the large jacuzzi as well as a normal shower/bathroom. TV came with netflix. Great wifi! Breakfast vouchhers for cafe just around the corner. Nice welcome touches from the owner」

「Our 8th hotel so far on this European vacation and our favorite so far. We’ve stayed in 4-star hotels and this hotel had the best amenities and bed! They’ve thought of everything so even though it is self-serve, they’ve laid out everything you may need. Highly recommend!」

「 We had a fantastic stay at La Maison du Paradis. Pasquale and his wife were excellent hosts. Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us. 「I took my mom here for her 60th birthday trip and first international trip. She absolutely loved the room, as did I. From the old entry way, you feel like you’re stepping back in time, and once you enter the rooms, it’s quite breathtaking. 「Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good.」
