「1 of the floor broken right under bed barely sleep was making a nose every time I move , the hotel was on top of shopping place hard to find 」

「The place is for certain taste. If you like noise, fine. If you looking to have a nice peaceful vacation, that's not the place. No amenities what so ever. No hot water, not even a mini fridge no closet. The shower curtain dont reach the floor so i had to put a towel to avoid the wet floor. No security outside. It was to noisy for my taste. People yelling at odd hours. The manager was very kind but has no control of the guest. The food a little pricey. 」

「It was a nice experience, love the hotel and the design , very modern but simple. Food was good, but one thing I will say it’s they need to be more careful with the cleanliness in the room , especially the glass door in the shower, I notice it wasn’t clean enough. And the shampoo and conditioner were used. But other than that it was a satisfactory experience. I will definitely stay there again. 」

「Stayed one night and LOVED the hotel! I’m glad I read the reviews bc I was able to adjust my expectations based on other reviews. First, the front desk gentleman and valet attendant were EXCELLENT! Great customer service! The property and room were GORGEOUS!! Excellent bath products by Byredo, which my daughter was surprised by bc it is a great brand and isn’t typical at hotels.
