「I have been to Santiago a few times and always stay in hotels. I would recommend the Aparta hotel to everyone traveling to this area. It has reasonably priced rooms, clean, good breakfast which is always on time, good customer service, taxi to and from the airport so let them know if this service is needed. There is also a nice Italian restaurant nextdoor. The Hospital is in walking distance. I didn't see a police station but the area is quite save. I went to stay for 7 days but when I realized...

「The sound of the river was so majestic we asked owner to turn off waterfalls in pool! Beautiful outdoor space. We played cards one night on the pool deck. Close to town and adventurous activities. Only negatives were shower was cold and pool was colder, but that didn't stop us.」
