「We have stayed at this house three times . It is a very quiet neighborhood close to whatever you need and very close to where our son lives. 」

Great layout of the home for us and our two adult children. Quiet neighborhood with no backyard neighbors. Everyone had their privacy with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. We most likely will stay here again. 」

「Clean, well stocked with little things you need like soap on shower, laundry detergent, coffee. The backyard was very peaceful and well taken care of with budding flowers. We had a bball tournament in Fayetteville and Roger’s and Springdale was 20 minutes from each. The restaurants on Emma street were all unique and great and we didn’t have to deal with large crowds in Fayetteville. 「The house was perfect for our family and friends attending daughter’s college graduation! From the moment we entered the house it felt like home. The host was attentive and quick to respond with a little clogged up drain issue. Sent a plumber immediately to take care of the problem. Really appreciated the quick response. Each room was appointed with up to date finishes. Wish the weather hadn’t been so cold we would of loved to hang outside in both outdoor seating areas.」
