"Favourite room all trip. Had a kitchenette and great layout. Nice balcony that looked on to the beach. The hotel is right by restaurants and souvenir shops as well as the big hill to climb. The two men who worked at the reception were great and very helpful. The breakfast was good."

"The Hotel was very nice , staff was friendly,breakfast was good but could have been better, mushroom and pineapple side dish was very taste specific, not my favorite, hash brown patties were kind of soggy, could have been crisped more.We ordered there pizzas For lunch, outer crust was crispy but was completely uncooked dough in center."

It also has easy access to all the roads for getting around the island. If you are considering renting this property because it looks great in the listing, go for it. You will not regret it."

Casa do Norte (AL) - A dream vacation in Terceira Island

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Do Norte during a busy time of year on the island (Festas da Praia). In my opinion, the house is located in one of the best towns. Both Praia and the city Angra being no more than a 25 minute drive away but with everything you really need located right in Biscoitos. You do need to rent a car to explore the Island but that applies to anywhere you stay on the island. The house itself was perfect for my family of four and my sisters family of four with a bed to spare. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lots of towels, body wash, toilet paper, dish soap and even laundry detergent. The house came with some water, coffee and milk which was very appreciated after a long travel. The house did have a dryer which is not listed in the description which was a pleasant surprise and very helpful with some rainy nights and the humidity. We will definitely be returning to this house on our next trip to Terceira!"
