"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

Sala espaçosa, banheiro grande, vários utensílios na cozinha, lojinha completo no térreo, mas o maior destaque dele, sem dúvida, é a localização. De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente."
