Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

Family Vacation Prague

The appartment was in a great location. Right outside the city center but only a 5 min walk away. 3 bedrooms with 5 beds worked out perfect for us. I fully recommend this appartment.

Great location, amazing accomodations, would give 5 stars if elevator/ lift was in conditions. Apartment is on the 5th floor, and after a long day of walking then you have to workout with shopping bags, stroller and everything else. Highly recommended for young people with a lot of energy.

The apartment was great, clean, plenty of room for us, good location. Our only complain is that getting inside to park is a bit difficult. The main door to get to the parking is very narrow, not easy to get in from already narrow street, which would be good to know, and very hard to open. It seems to get stuck. When we were leaving to get back to airport we thought we will miss the flight because we could not get the door open for a while. If you don't need to park, its a great place, we loved it!

Really terrible experience

This one but all meanings the worst experience we had so far in Europe. We register with time and nobody told us regarding their frint desk close at 12am and nobody answer the phobe after that. They sent us a whatsapp message at 11 45pm tellung us they close at 12am. We couldn't get the message on time because we were in a delayed flight. We ending having to pay for 2 extraroom in another hotel and they didnt want to tefund for that night. Their employees are really rude and not nice at all even they treat us that they can cancell the reservation with not refund. No recoment it at all!!!

Area was ok. Problem with booking was that specified 2 bedroom apartment but got a one room with double plus single bed. They said it was classified as two room apartment, so there, from their end all was ok. Also there was intense mouldy musty smell about the entire apartment, coming especially from the bathroom. Was told I could be in a different apartment after one day but was not given the address/location, except was told it would be "far" away from the one I was in. Recommend that when trying to book in Prague to check whether the apartment is at the location given. Also had specifically looked to book places with carparking option, which this one said it did and I tried to book this. But then was told they are an apartment rental not carparking business.

They advertise to be close to the clock in the old town however the actual apartment is 2 miles away. The neighborhood is nice but very noisy especially at night. People smoke in the nonsmoking areas. I would never stay here again.

I very appreciate living at Selinor hotel . It’s not super updated but it’s realy does the job done . The only problem I had is that Expedia does not show the reel picture of this hotel .. Bar is next door to the hotel Police station on the other side of the street Restaurant very close and of course 2 minute walk from the Old Town .

Très bien

Ville très jolie mais les locaux ne sont pas très sympathiques. On a vraiment l'impression qu'on les embête a chaque question. Hôtel très bien situé même si quelques problèmes d'eau chaude.
