Good location, friendly staff and clean. Hotel felt a bit old to me like it needed a good revamp. My room had cracks un the ceiling, the bin was rusty and it just felt dated. Very basic but did the job.

Lovely location, but room problems

While located in historic buildings, there was no air-conditioning in 35° plus weather, unfortunately, nothing on the website indicates rooms which are quite expensive have no control air input so can be quite stuffy, where, as straight outside the door all the corridor’s and The rest of the hotel are air-conditioned. Also, the bathrooms/shower was a poor quality leaking water and the shower doors not able to be closed properly…

Honest hotel

After checking out, I Received a message from the hotel saying I had left my iPad at the hotel! I didn’t even realise! Thankfully my friends were staying an extra day so they collected it for me. Nice honest hotel. Will recommend to all others if visiting Prague. Thanks again!

Brilliant hotel with everything you need.

Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallway but perfect for travellers who don't mind this! I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was charming. It was clean and the staff super helpful. Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

Walking distance to old town Prague

Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.
