So I did not realize where the location was for this hotel. It is kind of in a sketchy part of town, but also it’s up and becoming, so I wasn’t too worried. Upon entering, the staff were very helpful and very nice. When I checked into my room, it was clean and smelled good and had no stains or smells or anything on any surfaces or carpets. When I dived in a little deeper to the room, I started finding a little bit of dirt here and there, so I got sanitizing spray and the cloth and wipe down the entire room and every surface of that room and sprayed the entire carpet down with sanitizer. I re-clean the bathroom and the tile floors, and literally deep clean that entire room. I woke up Sunday morning to the air conditioner leaking into the bedroom. I called and they had maintenance come right up and figure out what was going on. The pipe they use is copper pipe so it condensate and it leaks water back into the air-conditioning unit it. Also the maintenance man found a paper towel or a cloth shoved up there that was absorbing water and wet and was making their rooms smell moldy. They do not use air filters also in the air conditioner or heating units. I was cleaning more towards the bottom of the bed and looked behind the bed and also found a gold earring that certainly belongs to a female that’s been there for a while. They also left my garbage outside the door from 8 o’clock in the morning Sunday until when I checked out this morning and never came to pick it up.

They have no parking so you have to hope theres an open meter, then walk from there. No valet. The key didnt work, multiple times. If youre not a fan of tight spaces, dont take their tiny elevator, but theres stairs. Rooms are small, and dont expect any view from the dirty windows. If you go to a show, dont expect to do food delivery after. No one delivers there.

This hotel is for older people that’s visiting for like a wedding or just for the night
