"The hotel was being updated/remodeled while we were there, but the staff and workers did everything they could to limit the exposure to the work being done. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the morning breakfast items were in good supply."

"The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right."
