"Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vale. The location was excellent for the Furnas area, easy to get to several tourist areas. Free convenient parking and was very secure. The breakfast was good with meats, cheeses, breads and fruit and pastries. Hotel is located very close to many good restaurants. The staff was amazing, especially Juliana, Juliana gave us some amazing tips on what to see and best ways to get places. The other staff were very friendly too. "The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go! Getting to the port was easy - just walk down the road. Going back was good exercise if you enjoy a gentle climb. We highly recommend it."
