Good cost performance
Stayed for five nights for attending a conference by waterfront. Located in quiet residential area. Starbucks is just across the street and MacDonald and other restaurants are nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent and prepared by a friendly staff. Slow WiFi is a negative point.

This is probably the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was dirty, used soap bar and shampoo bottles left in the shower. Toilet had pubic hair in and on it. The bathroom sink did not have hot water. Turned it on and water leaked all over floor. Coffee machine in room, but no tray to put the coffee in to make. Breakfast was not too bad, but the coffee was horrible and not even drinkable. Mold in the dining room all along the front wall windows. Mold in and around the vents. Trash in the elevator when we checked in at 2:00 am was still there the next night. We seen multiple maids get off the elevators and not even pick it up. Property photos and reviews are very deceiving. Pool was empty, fitness room was dirty and had a shop vac and other tools in the hallway the entire time we were there. Skip this property!

The place needs updating and repair! You could barely see out the windows because they were dirty between the glass. Our toilet leaked and did not flush well. Doors all scratched and carpet worn.

The woman who worked the morning breakfast was great. Night staff unfriendly. No bathroom in lobby. Poor neighborhood across from cemetery.

There were a couple of small issues with light fixtures, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great. I would have settled for good, freshly-brewed coffee service (especially if it was available 24 hours), but at least Starbucks and Wawa are right next door. Overall a good value and I would stay there again.

While the property could use updating, the staff was friendly, concerned and very accommodating. I was impressed with the attentiveness of every staff member encountered during my stay, including the manager Alex, front desk reception (Lexi) and house keeping staff (wish I remembered their names). Additionally, the location was perfect for purpose of my travel. Would definitely stay here again if I had to return to the area.

The only problem I had was the bathroom fan didn't work. So after getting settled and using the restroom it didn't get rid of the smell

Not bad for a fixer-upper
First, the staff I were very nice and checkin was easy. The room is a nice size but it is showing its age. The shower had grout lines that needed cleaning, and the sheets need replaced. Those things gave the appearance of not being thoroughly cleaned. The mattress and pillows were not exceptionally comfortable. BUT, for the money the rooms were adequate and the outside was well-lit with plenty of parking. I would stay there again…..I’d just bring my own pillow.

Not sure what the terrible reviews are about?! Staff was friendly, place was clean. Conveniently located. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint is the “breakfast “ very few options. Coffee was good! And, there was not mold/mildew in the ceiling where breakfast was served-it appears that there was a water leak…could they paint the ceiling to make it look better-sure but-it was not mold or mildew. For the price it was an excellent choice!

Heater was very noisy when running, has a kitchen that really needs an upgrade or deep cleaning, dirty and stained carpet…. Bad experience.

Convenient, affordable. Ice Machine on 3rd Floor out of order - had to use 1st floor. Outdoor Pool Looked Atrocious (Apparently had not been cleaned for long time - looks like longer than just being shut down for the winter.) Minimal Continental Breakfast option. Room heat/air fan extremely noisy - finally turned off in middle of night. TV model is dated - not HD - appeared a bit blurry.

I was given a handicapped room with visible signs of being unkept. There was a very strong smell of urine mainly noticeable when laying on the bed. I did not complain because I did not want a confrontation of any kind...it was my birthday :(

There was nowhere to hang a towel, mirrors were old and rusted, not one employee spoke to me other than the front desk attendee, the locks on the doors were old and the door barely shut. I had to slam it. We also did not have a light fixture to cover the light on the ceiling as you walk into the room.
