Porto: OPorto Apartment Triplex

Apartment-style triplex, comfortable, bright and fully equipped. On the top floor you can enjoy a terrace with panoramic views of the city center.

The apartment consists of 3 floors:
Floor 1. Are located 2 bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom.
2nd floor. A large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 toilet.
Floor 3: A glass room with terrace.

The housing is located on the street Santa Catarina, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan streets of Porto. The city center is nearby as well as metro stations, Trinidad and Marquis, the latter a 5 minute walk.
A nice apartment for your stay in the center of Porto!

Price for 2 people. € 15 per person extra.
turistic tax- 2€/day /person- pay when arrived

The cancellation of the reservation, once processed the same result in the following costs:
4 weeks before arrival date 10% of the booking deposit.
Two weeks before the arrival date 50% of the booking deposit.
1 week prior to arrival 100% of the booking deposit.

Sergio met us at the apartment and he was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there. Because it was raining we didn’t get to use the beautiful terrace upstairs but the other rooms were warm and cosy. It was a great base for visiting all the sights of Porto and there were some very good restaurants nearby, and a number of shops that stay open very late. Sergio and Paula were great communicators. Thanks for everything.

We had a delightful stay in Paula’s and Sergio’s lovely apartment! It was equipped with everything (& more!) we needed and was in a good central location — and communication with the 2 of them was great. On top of everything else, Sergio created a fantastic map that includes several walking tours; I only wish we’d had enough time to take full advantage of this added resource!

Good location for ease of travel to lots of destinations. Fabulous apartment, with a quirky charm. Paula and Sergio were great hosts. I would definately stay there again

The apartment is fabulous, beautiful parquet type wooden flooring, well chosen furniture and artwork. Liaison with the owners (Sergio) went as planned and he explained the local area very well and gave tips as to the locale. There is road noise during the night in both bedrooms but this does not distract from the overall pleasantness of the apartment. Overall a very pleasant place to spend your break in Porto. Supermarket about 10 minute walk up the hill, a local cafe also at the top of the road. A few minutes walk from Metro station Marques and about 15 minutes to the hub at Trinidade Metro station. A walk from most places of interest in Porto which is a beautiful city with friendly people and a lively 'scene' on Cais de Ribiera on the riverside. I would not hesitate to stay at Sergio and Paula's lovely apartment again.

Bien situé près du métro « Marqués ». Agréable appartement et spacieux. Paula et Sergio sont très sympathiques et Sergio nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nice apartment , easy walking to central area. Clean but a little dusty. Unfortunately the street noise made it very difficult to sleep. I ended up having to sleep in the couch in the living room

Amazing apartment

The place is close to center, has many stores near by and the house is amazing to hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked and the terrace was nice place to chill in the afternoon. House was clean and host was really nice. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Spacious Apartment!

Booking, corresponding and checking in were all really good. The map we were given by Sergio was amazing - lots of suggestions of where to visit and get food. The apartment was great. The upstairs sun room and outside terrace were ideal for relaxing. The location was not too far from the metro or shops/restaurants. Took around 30 minutes to walk to the river. The only downside was a bit of road noise at night.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this very livable apartment. We had plenty of room with the amenities of home - kitchen, laundry, and a variety of spaces for relaxing including a nice patio at the top with views. The location is good and made it easy for days of exploration. Good communication with and help from the manager.
