Located close to attractions like the city center and with easy access to restaurants and shops, Light Terrace Apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. (Note: Facade and terrace renovations are underway).
The Space:
The apartment offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, and a spacious living room with a dining table, sofa, and chairs for relaxing. For added convenience, the apartment includes a garage, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, TV, and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment is at your disposal! Enjoy all the spaces, including the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, balcony, and laundry room. The building has an elevator for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
On Rua Gonçalo Cristóvão, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Porto. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants and cafes offering local delicacies, including the famous Bacalhau à Brás (codfish with scrambled eggs and potatoes) and the delicious Francesinha (a type of sandwich). A short walk away, you can visit the Clérigos Tower and the Bolhão Market, immersing yourself in the city's rich culture. Enjoy the local shops and the vibrant atmosphere of this charming central neighborhood.
Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
Getting Around:
For those arriving by plane, the nearest metro station is Trindade, on line E (Airport). From the station, it's just a 5-minute walk to the apartment, located at Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão, 140, Porto. For those traveling by car, there is free parking near the apartment. For your convenience, we have a partnership with a transfer company. If you wish, please provide your flight details.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We have a transfer service available that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it!
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
