The Space:

The apartment offers two double bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers. The bathroom is equipped with all the essential amenities for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals, with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Enjoy your meals in the dining room, a welcoming space to share moments. The living room has a smart TV and cable box, providing entertainment. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, electric radiators, and free Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and much more, in a private and welcoming space.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua de Fernandes Tomás, this apartment offers an authentic experience in the heart of Porto. Within walking distance, discover a variety of restaurants and cafes to savor the local cuisine. For shopping, supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. A 3-minute walk will take you to the Trindade car park (paid), and in 4 minutes, the Trindade metro station, with direct access to the airport. Enjoy the vibrant Porto lifestyle, with everything the city has to offer right on your doorstep.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is well located with easy access to a wide network of public transport. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away, or you can opt for public transport, such as the metro, with stations close to the apartment. Paid parking is available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



In case you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
