"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "

"Marcel was absolutely amazing! When we arrived he checked us in, gave us a map of the area and explained different places to go, as well as ferry and bus options. Without him we would not have realised certain attractions are closed on Mondays and we would have missed them! The apartment was gorgeous - very clean and it had everything you could need including tea/coffee and laundry pods. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"
