You will love staying in the bright and spacious open room, which is well-ventilated and flooded with sunlight. It is generously sized and has a comfortable chaise longue, a balcony, and full-length windows. It is furnished with a dining table and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The studio is also fitted with a comfy double bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

This is a lively street in the heart of Porto that is home to some of the city's most popular attractions. The Luís I Bridge offers stunning views of the river and the Porto Cathedral is a must-see for its beautiful architecture. The Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a lovely spot to relax, and the Casa da Música is a must-visit for music lovers. The Clérigos Tower and Church are also well worth a visit, and the Ageas Porto Coliseum is the perfect place to catch a show. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars on Rua Das Flores, as well as cafes for a quick bite. This is a great street to explore the city and its many charms.
The São Bento Station and São Bento are only a 4 and a 3-minute walk away, respectively. Aliados is only an 8-minute walk away, and General Torres and Campanha are 1.6 and 2.6 kilometres away, respectively.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
