"The property was great, and the covered balcony was fantastic with a nice cool breeze - it is where we spent most of our time. Short walk to a beautiful beach, and a really nice swimming pool in the complex. And Constantino was a terrific host - he went out of his way to help us."

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

"Amazing location to be right on the beach. Space was great for our needs. There is a semi private walk way that could be a bit treacherous when coming and going. I would definitely like to come again."

"We had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful, spacious villa in 2 parts with wonderful views of the surrounding hills as well as out to sea. Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Small but clean ocean front hotel at reasonable price. Stayed a Saturday night, lots of very loud people, parties, music fireworks and vehicles until 2am. Seems to be party-central for locals."

"We would rate this 4.8. It was a wonderful location. The beach is gorgeous, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to. We would definitely come back! "
