Hotel de condições gerais boas. Quarto e banheiros pequenos. Atendimento eficiente. Pontos negativos: anuncia estacionamento, mas o coberto é terceirizado, com pagamento a parte. Mas o pior é um exaustor na entrada do apartamento, um ruído contínuo insuportável para dormir. E não há como desligar. Enfim, não vale o que cobram.

Ficou mais caro e o serviço foi um pouco pior

Já tinha me hospedado antes e adorado. Infelizmente dessa vez cheguei no domingo início da noite e pretendia jogar sinuca, porém o ambiente estava trancado para reforma. Me botaram num quarto com porta conjugada com outro, eu não fico nesse tipo de quarto, mas como já era noite, somente perguntei se tinha hóspede e a resposta foi negativa. Como não tinha a sinuca pra jogar tentei ver Netflix ou Amazon, porém nesse quarto 714 não estava funcionando a tv nessa modalidade e o recepcionista não sabia o que era o erro. Resolvemos então dormir mais cedo e deitamos por volta das 22h. Logo depois chegaram hóspedes no quarto ao lado falando alto e dava pra ouvir tudo(em parte erro meu, deveria ter trocado de quarto assim que vi que era conjugado). O rapaz da recepção gentilmente conseguiu outro quarto no mesmo andar e tivemos que mover tudo que já estava organizado na cabeceira, geladeira, banheiro etc pro quarto novo na outra ponta do corredor. Nesse novo, 703, uma das camas estava com uma mancha laranja no lençol e a outra cama tinha uns farelos espalhados na parte abaixo da coberta. Enfim, foi uma noite ruim. Mas no dia seguinte foi melhor, gostei que botaram sucos de verdade no café da manhã e concederam late checkout pro meu companheiro, o que ajudou. Deixo como sugestão botarem feltro nos pés das cafeiras e camas para evitar barulho ao arrastarem.

A cada vez piora mais.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel, pelo menos 5x ao ano. A cada vez que vou, o serviço piora. Dessa vez não haviam toalhas de banho na habitação. O café da manhã estava com uma equipe reduzida e não davam conta da demanda. Sem reposição de alimentos, demora para chegar os pedidos na mesa e ainda assim a tapioca veio fria.
