Everything in the home is in excellent shape down to every detail. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. There is a cozy fireplace and a nice fire pit in the backyard. Kitchen appliances are top notch. Neighborhood is safe and accessible. Communication was very fast. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a family wedding at Scholls Valley Lodge. House was super clean, very quiet and close to everything we needed. I loved that the host made access easy and check out a breeze! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Portland/Beaverton area!

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The listing said that there was a hot tub but there wasn’t so we were a bit disappointed about that.

Rusty's house was very comfortable and worked well for me and my family during our recent visit to Tigard. The reviews we ready before booking talked about not enough parking, but we were able to put two cars in the driveway and still keep the sidewalk open.

Nice location, nicely done house with perfect owner. Two issues not mentioned in listing. First there is NO parking for more than one car. Second the stairs are necessary to access any bedroom are small, steep and brutal. Bad knees or hips do not rent. Small quip there are no small tables in bedrooms for electronics so that's was small issue. House is very well appointed and very clean.

We have stayed here multiple times now and have no issues or complaints. We are from the area and the location is very close to our friends and family. Rusty is always quick to answer any questions and accommodate requests from us.

Owner is always quick to respond and great communication, house is clean and exactly as shown. We basically plan on staying here if available every trip back home to tigard.
