It is always so nice to hear that our guests had an enjoyable time while staying with us. Your kind words mean a lot. The staff all work extremely hard to give quality customer service. Thank you for sharing your experience so other travelers will read and decide to come stay. I do want to share with you that we do have the Hatch sound machine to lend to our guest if needed. I apologize if you were not told about this. As for the toiletries, since Housekeeping is by request only we do offer refills on all of the toiletries at the front desk. Which we are more than happy to deliver what you need for the length of your stay. I hope that your next stay we are able to make it Perfect!
