The Dining Room / Kitchen includes hob, oven, extractor, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, colthe airer, good selection of crockery and utensils etc.

This condominium is surrounded by a large green garden, where guests can stroll and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. For younger guests, there is a playground in the garden and a football field, along with a children's pool. Pool is open from April to October.

Alvor town
beaches is a 15 minute walk, and offers many very good restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks
secluded sandy coves which link to the long sandy Alvor beach. Dolphin watching, canoe trips
river trips are all available locally from Alvor harbour or relax and watch the local fishermen or visiting yachts in the inner lagoon at the harbour-side cafes. There is some evening entertainment in the main street of Alvor. The lively resort of Praia de Rocha and the town of Portimão are both approx. 5km away.
