This lovely townhouse has many advantages. It is one of the few terraced houses with its own private pool. Furthermore, it is adjacent to the 9-hole golf course of Vale do Milho, while the great beach of Vale do Centeanes is on walking distance.

The holiday home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms on the lower, ground floor of the property, which provides a relatively cool nights sleep even in summer. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the fenced garden with a small and not too deep pool.

There is a kids fence at the stairs from the living room to the bedrooms downstairs, so the house is suitable for small children. If you are looking for an active beach holiday, Casa Palm House is the place to be.

Layout house

When you enter the house, you will find the kitchen on the left and a guest toilet on the right. When walking further, you will be in the living room consisting of a dining area and a lounge area. From both areas, you can go to a terrace. When taking the stairs down from the living room, you will reach the ground floor with the three bedrooms and the three en-suite bathrooms.

Living room & kitchen

The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern furniture. In the lounge area you will find a fireplace. TV and WiFi are available here. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, electric hob, oven and microwave.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

There are three bedrooms in this apartment. They are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have double beds and sliding doors to the pool area. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Casa Palm House has three en-suite bathrooms. All are equipped with showers.

Exterior

Adjacent to the living room there is a nice large balcony with comfortable furniture to have a nice meal. From here you can take the stairs down towards the pool area. Here you can find six sun loungers to relax. A Weber barbecue is available as well.
