Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond!
Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire.

Beautiful boutique hotel. 5 minutes walk out of the city walls. We are a family of 4, they had a suite with 2 bedrooms with nice space. Tower heater and bath floor warmer was a plus! The included breakfast is perfect. If you are driving there is no parking inside but plenty of parking space in the streets close by.
