Situated in the heart of the Port Townsend Historic District, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, the Belmont Hotel and Event Space offer an ideal setting for weddings, corporate events, reunions, and other gatherings.

This elegant venue boasts stunning wood floors, an original red brick interior, and large windows that showcase sweeping views of Port Townsend Bay from the spacious waterfront deck. Additionally, the downstairs Grotto provides a generous space with high ceilings beneath the waterfront dining area, making it a perfect complement or breakout area for various functions.

The Event Space can accommodate slightly more than 100 guests for large group events and as few as 12 guests for a more intimate experience.

The fully renovated interior includes a catering kitchen, tables, chairs, plates, glassware, silverware, and more available for your event. There are also four restrooms in the venue, two of which are located on both the main level and the downstairs Grotto.

Enhancing the experience, The Belmont Hotel, on the second floor is a beautifully restored Victorian boutique hotel featuring four rooms that blend historic charm with modern amenities, and can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests. This booking will be for the Event Space at The Belmont Hotel, plus the booking of the full hotel (4 hotels rooms) for one night.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

What's nearby

  • The Rose Theater is still a functioning theater in Port Townsend.

    1 min walk - 0.2 km
  • An inveterate fantasm purportedly haunts this house, or at least one of its windows.

When viewed just right from about one spot on the entire planet, the first dark window you see to the right of the central structure appears to reveal a woman sitting in her chair.

To the more jaded eye, it would seem that a large flaw in the ancient glass happens to line up very nicely with a large, stuffed chair directly behind the window.

No matter. People come from miles around to scare the bejeezus out of themselves by lining up precisely where the apparition can see them and shrieking in delight.

However, few of them will actually stay at the "boutique hotel" contained within. Which is probably why the owner is looking to sell it.

If you like company, but are not overly fond of money, you might drop by and make him an offer.
