The space
Welcome aboard! No detail was spared in this completely renovated 3 br, 2.5 ba riverfront cottage located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with expansive views of the Beaufort River and Port Royal Landing Marina.

The home features an open floorplan, smart TVs in every room, with plenty of space for entertaining. Cook in the well stocked chef’s kitchen or enjoy grilling on the Weber Grill while watching the boats pass by. The dining and living area seamlessly meet the Carolina room overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

The master br is located on the main floor with large en-suite spa bath and there are two spacious retreat bedrooms upstairs with a brand new hotel style shower with tile throughout.

Take in the lowcountry breezes from the fenced backyard, complete with a patio and firepit. The true highlight is the multi-level deck and stairs that take you to the banks of the Beaufort River.
Guest access
Full access to entire house, including master (king bed) with en-suite including spa tub and shower on main floor. Upstairs room 1 is a king bed; room 2 has two double beds. Shared completely renovated modern bathroom with tiled shower.

Easy access to home via Nest lock. Personalized code will be sent 24-72 hours prior to arrival.

Smart TVs do not have cable, but you can log in to streaming apps.

Garage is also available for use if you need to store items such as kayaks, fishing poles, etc.
