Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean including the lobby, room and balcony. Also, staff are not friendly, parking is valet-only at $40/day which you’d need to pay if you have a car despite being perfectly capable of parking your own car, and they charged a $35/day resort fee despite offering ...

The property is clean but not impressive for the rates they charge. We had to wait for 2 hours to check in, our room wasn't ready. This stay was disappointing overall.

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Suites
It’s a very nice property. I got partial ocean view room- it was great inside. To sit on the balcony was very noisy bc on that side of the building they had other hotels huge ac units that hummed all the time. I was hoping for a relaxing option. So spent more time on the beach in the cabana .

Sailport Waterfront Suites
