"No hot water in the shower, cigarette burns on the sofa cushions, tv turned on, but that’s it, nothing showed. Mgt didn’t care to respond to my email re: issues/partial refund. The beach &!dock views are through a fence."

"The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost."
