「Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. 」

「The stay was overall comfortable. The water pressure was very low and the most of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain well. There was also very minimal kitchen cooking supplies. But the location was very nice and close to restaurants and shops. 」

「Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.」

「 Dirty sheets in my room and all 4 bunk beds ,had stain and smelled like they haven’t been washed at all, owner never answered me,had problems with the room passcode all my stay there, clogged showers, main gate broken it didn’t even need a passcode ,after o told him about the sheets he told the hotel.com agent he was going to change bed sheets but instead sent a bottle of gain spray ,never will I rent this place again」
