An extra benefit is the utility room, from where you can access the locked garage, which is great to store your bikes and boards in when you don’t need them.

Just a short walk will take you down into the oldest part of Port Isaac, with its narrow winding streets and fishing harbour. Make sure you have your photo taken outside Doc Martin’s cottage and enjoy fish and chips whilst you capture the view. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
