Enjoyed a lovely stay. The room was clean with beautiful furnishings. We paid for a city view and had a lovely view of the ROM. The Hotel is close to a Starbucks and Tim Horton’s. We had a great dinner at Signature restaurant in the hotel and our server was attentive and had lots of great suggestions. Room service breakfast was quick-came in 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again

Likes: customer service, hotel’s focus on sustainability, filtered water, dining, modern, boutique, hip & chic aesthetic, room decor, layout and lighting. Dislikes:hotel lobby is the place to be on Friday night. Trying to get to the elevators to your room was like trying to get into a popular club. It was crowded and chaotic with lots of pushy tipsy people trying to access the rooftop without a key fob. Couldn’t easily enter the hotel for groups of people plowing through the front door to exit.

This property was immaculate and the location was ideal for our trip. Property was well secured and it was very quiet. Property had everything as described on Expedia property description. As with anywhere there were a few minor issues which upon contacting Sam he gave further instructions and it was resolved. Example of an issue was the futon which would not lay flat due to the mechanism needing to be reset, however with a hard push and pull back it worked. Sam was exceptional, he answered our calls and text messages. He provided check in instructions, property rules few days before and check out instructions the day before check out. Overall, this was an accommodative property and highly recommended.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

This is a classic hotel but with upgrades and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and the amenities!
