Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum

The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

The 1 Hotel is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the rooms and amenities therein are well thought out. The only knocks would be the noise if you have a room facing Bathurst (we did and were moved the next day), the inordinate amount of time it takes for their 1 Kitchen restaurant to prepare ANYTHING, and the loud music thumping in theoir fine dining restaurant Casa Madera (we left as it was too loud to speak). Otherwise, this a a wonderful spot, with GREAT staff

The hotel was in a very good location, fairly close to most attractions. The room was nice and we had a view of the CN tower which was a bonus. The buffet offered was always fully stocked and very tasty. One elevator was broken while we stayed and it was an inconvenience and delayed many people from getting to breakfast or leaving the hotel or coming back after an event. We also had the staff go into our room twice with the do not disturb sign on the door which was not great.
