Quiet and comfortable stay.

Finding a comfortable place to stay while in the area for a few days with a pool was important to us. Great place to stay for boating and fishing.

Family vacation

Took my family on vacation for a week of relaxation. The house was nice. But had been unused. After a little cleaning it was fine for the week. The pool was ok but needs work. We picked the weeds around the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. It is a bite secluded and away from town so it is a drive to get supplies. All in all it was a good deal for what we paid.

Some Issues still to be resolved

A bit over priced for the property. Needs a bit of TLC, no internet/TV had to use hotspot (poor satellite service). Kitchen needs to be restocked with more utensils and pots and pans and tupperware/serving bowls. Homeowner was good to work with on communications issues. If you plan or need high bandwidth for work or gaming this property may not work for you

Relaxing Getaway

My family and I loved this home and the surrounding area. The house was so neat, very clean, and provided all the necessary items for a home away from home stay. Plenty of dishes, towels, seating, and rooms/beds for the kids. My son caught lots of fish off the back dock and it was all fenced in which was perfect for our little one. Mohammed was quick to respond with answers to our questions. My daughter even left a tablet there and he was nice enough to ship it back to us! We absolutely loved this property and will be back!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great place to stay, it was clean and well equipped with everything we could need. My only complaint was the internet service was slow and although it was a vacation I needed to stay in touch with work. Download speeds were slow and we were unable to really watch any satellite tv. I would stay again happily, I would just make sure I had a personal hotspot.

Nice on water property!

Took the boat for a 4 day weekend and this place was great. Two houses in from the Miyyaka river. Nice pool and neat and clean as a pin!!

Zit direct aan het water en kan prima vissen van de kade. Let wel er zitten alligators dus geen pootje baden ;) Prima gastheer en lekker zwembad erbij.

Family Getaway

Location was perfect for us. Property was as expected. Mohammed made himself available for anything we needed and was very prompt to respond. The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the rays swim in the canal.

Very enjoyable vacation

House was clean indoors and the pool was clear and warm. Sun came up at the front of the house and we had beautiful sunsets in the backyard. Neighbors were all very nice and friendly. Enjoyable vacation!!

Quiet retreat

We loved staying at this house. It has everything you need for a family stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Kids loved the pool and spent many hours in it.

Beautiful Home, gracious host

Mohammed was an amazing host. The home was just as the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We fished outback on the doc. and swam in his beautiful pool. We went to Casperson beach and found shark teeth and even went to Sanibel Island to find sand dollars and shells. The location of his home allowed us to do everything we wanted to. Thank you so much for being such a great host. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely perfect location, gorgeous home, perfect for a family vacation!

My family & I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay for a little family vacation. The home was clean! Pool was perfect! Location is great! Just about 20-25 mins from the beach! Grocery Store within 10-15 mins. Fishing from the back yard! And even more fishing near by. We are definitely adding this place to our favorites, especially because we are only 1.5 hrs away and this is perfect for a family getaway!

The best Vacation we've ever had.

This place was very nice. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner is a family man and was a pleasure to do business with. Everything we needed was supplied. Furnishings were beautiful and modern. I liked that the master suite had a toilet by itself with a door. A walk in shower and 2 seperate walk in closets.. Having a second bathroom that connected to the pool area was a big plus as well. We posted pictures and alot of our friends loved the place and wanted to find out about renting it. Its even better than the VRBO pictures portray it as. The kitchen was great and nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets were soft. Even the pillows were very comfortable. The neighborhood was away from town and very quiet. All you could hear were birds chirping and water from the Mayaka River lapping. We saw Rabbits in the yard everyday. Pool and lanai area were very nice. It rained daily but We still swam. The screen kept all of the bugs out. And the 2 fans kept it cool. We spent alot of time out there. Fishing from the dock was good. We caught a stingray and several catfish. We went to all the surrounding area beaches. The place is far enough out of town for great peace and quiet but close enough still to get groceries or whatever we needed. We hated to have to leave and would live there if we could. Very pleasurable experience.

Great family vacation house

The property is in great shape. The kitchen has everything needed for your stay and them some. The pool was great and already had pool floats and stuff for the kids to use. The kids likes taking a bike ride with the bikes and the extra beach chairs on property came in handy. They only down side is the house WiFi is a bit slow, though it helped keep The kids off their devices :). Highly recommend this property.
