"We upgraded to a room with a water view and it was great! The room was updated and clean. It had a balcony overlooking the water. It was worth the upgrade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We used the bikes that they lend out for free to ride the waterfront trail. The location is probably the best of any other hotel in Port Angeles. It is walking distance to the wharf which has restaurants ,shops and cafes. There are also other restaurants within walking distance. It is only five minutes drive to the Olympic National Park Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center. If you are going to stay in Port Angeles definitely stay at the Red Lion."
