"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."

"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Pros: Der Garten ist sehr schön privat und absolut nicht einsehbar durch die Mauern. Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. Der Ort Ariany ist klein und ruhig aber das wussten...

"Pros: Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Cons: Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sollten überarbeitet werden. Fahrräder sind z.B. nicht mehr verfügbar. Poolheizung wäre auch schön 😁."

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "Pros: Great little house done up to a very high standard. All facilities you could need provided in the property and amenities in walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are happy/able to stay out with the main town/tourist spots and use public transport/car as well worth it."
