This 40m² apartment is located in "the Golf and Beach Residence" facing the Atlantic Ocean and the "Noëveillard Beach". It features a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom (separate toilet) and a sofa bed, thus accommodating up to 3 people.



The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room with TV and Wi-Fi connection, giving access to a closed garden. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. A hairdryer, washing machine, plancha and outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds) are also provided.



For maximum comfort, a secure parking space completes the rental.
