"We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. "Francesco couldn’t have been kinder. He gave us great recommendations of places to go, came every day to clean the pool and sweep the courtyard. "We arrived after a long day of traveling from Norway. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a reservation for dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast the next morning was great and we had a chance to walk around Impruneta. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer."
