Cute home!

My friends and I are college students and spent our spring break here, and it was the perfect size. There was five of us and with the master bedroom it was the perfect fit. Plenty of amenities, there's a nearby publix for any food, and it wasn't too far out of the city.I will say I messaged the property managers on the day of check out because I realized we left some things and wanted to offer to pay for shipping, and the only response I got was two days later and it was an automated message thanking me for staying. So I'm not sure how reliable communication would be in case of an emergency.

Great for what we needed

Home was clean, although the smell of bleach was a bit overwhelming. Light in the kitchen and internet didn't work. Messaged host, but didn't get a response. There were only 2 or 3 drinking glasses, which was an issue since we had 8 people but we were only there for one night so we just dealt with it.

Perfect Location, Comfy house

Everything was perfect. From the location to the space of the house. The host was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely will be staying here again in the future!!

Owner canceled us

We live 4 hours away from the house and there was no communication from the owner about an issue at all other than there were to be no parties due to orange crush happening at Tybee Island. I drove the 4 hours and pulled in the driveway and called the owner several times to get the door code. When they finally sent a message that they would call me shortly. I finally get a call that tells me i would be fully refunded but had to be canceled due to plumbing issues that couldnt be fixed until monday. So here i am in savannah with nowhere to stay.. had to come out of pocket for a hotel room. Very unprofessional. Should have been checking on the house all week knowing they were getting renters the weekend.

Nice Place/Nice Price

The pond out back was a nice distraction, kids enjoyed the turtles, ducks and geese. House was clean and comfortable. Would have been a little less stressful if information about check in was available prior to showing up at the door. Check in and Check out process was nice and easy.
