Bedroom The bedroom is bright and inviting, with luxurious carpeting and a large floor-to-ceiling window letting in plenty of natural light. The super king bed can be split into twin beds upon request, and the room is furnished with a mirrored wardrobe, bedside table, and an accent chair.
Lounge Relax in the spacious lounge, where French doors lead to a balcony. The lounge is stylishly furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, a two-seater dining table, a coffee table, and a 50` smart TV for your entertainment.

You’ll find everything you need here, including an integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and compact dishwasher. Contact details will be shared upon confirmation of your booking. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance) - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
