Palma is a two-storey house located in a quiet residential area, within minutes of the nearest slipway, Hamworthy park and beach is only a short walk away. The house benefits from a pretty rear garden - great for al fresco dining. It is an ideal base for exploring Poole and the surrounding area.



Entrance leading to the living room with doors leading into the open plan dining and kitchen. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the rear garden. Stairs up to the bedrooms - Master bedroom (4ft 6in standard double), second bedroom (4ft 6in standard double) and third bedroom (3ft single). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Cloakroom on ground floor.



Parking – There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house.



Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.



Technology – WIFI. Flatscreen TV. Freeview. DVD player.



Kitchen - Electric oven / gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer.



Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.



Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
