I really enjoyed my stay in Ponza. The property was amazing and so beautiful. We had such beautiful views of the sunset every night. The property was very spacious and my friends and I had an amazing time.

Peace and quiet

Such a peaceful house with a beautiful view. Away from everything, but close to a bus stop, so it is all within reach. Loved the natural swimming pool.

séjour à Ponza du 30 septembre au 8 octobre 2022

La propriété est magnifique, tout à fait conforme à la description de son propriétaire. La vue est fantastique, le jardin magnifique, Fabrizio est très disponible et vraiment charmant. Nous recommandons cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus. Par contre, et le propriétaire n'en est nullement responsable, le site Abritel a commis une erreur dans la localisation géographique de la propriété, elle n'est pas à 700 mètres du port mais à plus de 3 kilomètres, ce qui peut être un problème pour certaines personnes, même s'il y a des bus fréquents et que l'arrêt de bus est très proche.

Bellissima Casa vista mare !!!

Tramonti indimenticabili dalla bellissima terrazza vista mare, casa comodissima per 8/9 posti letto, parcheggio privato all’interno della proprietà. Che dire non potevamo trovare migliore soluzione .

Appartamento comodo e con una vista mozzafiato sul palmarola. Proprietario molto disponibile ed ospitale. Consigliatissimo per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza a Ponza, lontano dal caos dei centri cittadini.

Ponza - Paradiso Italiano

Ponza è una perla del mediterraneo tanto piccola quanto suggestiva ed incantevole. L'isola custodisce la sua storia facendola riaffiorare ai giorni nostri in ogni sua manifestazione, dalla cucina tradizionale, all' architettura con i colori delle sue abitazioni, prevalentemente bianche e celesti. Che dire poi del profumo inebriante della macchia mediterranea? Appena sbarcati siamo stati accolti con grande ospitalità da F. La casa, immersa nel cuore verde dell'isola, e' pulita e curata nei particolari. Situata a 3 km dal porto è ben collegata da un servizio navetta che ferma a circa ⁠⁠⁠100 mt. dalla villa. Posizionata ad ovest dell'isola, è sufficiente salire sulla terrazza/solarium per godere di uno splendido tramonto con vista sull'isola di Palmarola. Insomma, per gli amanti della natura e della tranquillità la casa " tre venti" è il luogo ideale per trascorrere delle vacanze indimenticabili. Grazie F. Per la tua calorosa accoglienza e disponibilità... Torneremo presto.

Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare e Palmarola. I padroni di casa sono persone squisite e disponibili. Consigliato per chi vuole una vacanza rilassante, dalla strada panoramica si può però raggiungere in breve tempo il porto se ci si vuole immergere nella movida ponzese.

Casa singola con panoramea e tramonto su Palmarola

Spaziosa casa singola: offre tutto quello che si può chiedere per una vacanza a Ponza. Casa singola tranquilla e non promiscua con altre abitazioni, comoda fino a 7 posti e con 2 bagni, facilmente raggiungibile da breve stradina, con parcheggio per l'auto all' interno dell'ampio cortile tutto recintato, con cortile alberato, terrazza - solarium per vedere i tramonti sull'isola di Palmarola posta proprio di fronte, la casa è baricentrica tra Le Forna e il Porto circa all'altezza della spiaggia di Lucia Rosa, vicino al Frontone. Inoltre la casa è corredata di tutto cio' che serve per il normale uso quotidiano: stoviglie e arredi vari tra cui il barbecue.. Il proprietario è veramente una persona molto gentile e affidabile, che ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. Consigliata vivamente !

Un sogno che si realizza.

Vacanza a Ponza con le amiche di sempre ed è stato come stare a casa: comodità dell'appartamento, pulizia camere, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, tranquillità assoluta durante il giorno e la notte, a pochi passi dalla movida del porto e dalla spiaggia del Frontone...stupenda! Facilissimo arrivare in ogni dove grazie ai mezzi e grazie alla posizione strategica della casa...di più non potevamo chiedere! Grazie mille al proprietario Fabrizio! A prestissimo!!!

Ideale per una vacanza relax, immersa nel verde

Abbiamo soggiornato in sei nella settimana di ferragosto, ci siamo trovati benissimo casa ben arredata e ben attrezzata, fuori dal caos di Ponza, la casa dispone di una bella terrazza ideale sia per prendere la tintarella, sia per degustare aperitivi con vista mozzafiato(tramonto su Palmarola). Vicinissima alla spiaggia del Frontone, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il Proprietario Fabrizio cordiale e gentilissimo. La consiglieremo di sicuro ad amici e parenti. Claudio.

MERAVIGLIOSA LA CASA "TRE VENTI"

La casa "Tre Venti" immersa nel verde dell'isola di Ponza è davvero splendida! Comoda, grande e con un meraviglioso giardino. Fabrizio, il proprietario è una persona davvero eccezionale! Discreta ed estremamente disponibile! Scegliete la casa "tre venti" per godervi tutta la bellezza di Ponza e non ve ne pentirete! Ps il terrazzo ha una vista meravigliosa sull'isola di palmarola! Godersi il tramonto da li è un lusso per pochi!

Casa in ottima posizione e ideale per rilassarsi

La casa "Tre venti" è situata in una posizione centrale di Ponza, ma isolata e indipendente. Ha giardino e terrazzo dove poter cenare a base di grigliate osservando il sole che tramonta dietro l'isola di Palmarola. La casa è ben arredata con camere ampie e spaziose. I proprietari sono cortesi e disponibili, come del resto tutti gli isolani. Vacanza ideale per chi predilige spiagge rocciose e gite in barca, ma la sera rilassarsi in pace nella quiete che circonda la casa. Sabrina

Bellissima vacanza a ponza

Bellissima casa completa di tutto, godibile il giardino per memorabili grigliate con tramonti mozzafiato. Il proprietario affabile e gentilissimo, discreto ma sempre a disposizione. la gita in barca con lui al timone e' stata la punta massima della settimana. Peccato che alcune spiaggia dell'isola siano inaccessibili . Già ci assale la nostalgia!

Casa bellissima, in un co...

Casa bellissima, in un contesto molto tranquillo e sicuramente rilassante. L'unico problemino è che è un po' distante dal centro del paese quindi, o ci si affida alla corriera o si deve avere a disposizione per forza un mezzo. Ci sono stati dei problemini con l'acqua, ma il proprietario si è reso più che disponibile e veloce nel risolverli.
