「It is an older property but clean. The young woman working there was EXCELLENT! So kind & friendly it was lovely. The only suggestions I would make are to have proper vending machines that work & a beverage station or the option to have water & stuff for coffee outside of the continental breakfast hours. 」

「Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates. 」

「Hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly always there to help. Parking is behind building which is great with the main road right in front of the building. We stayed at 4 different hotels for our trip, this was the last one before heading home. Hands down nicest one of all.」
