"The first night, staff did not have a copy of my reservation, although I had one on my phone. Alarm clock did not work. Television required connection to cell phone. Homeless persons on property. Second reservation made at same time as first a week later. I told that I had made the reservation for the previous day and my credit card had been billed as a no show. My receipt for reservation did not show that to be true. I was then told that there was "not really" another room available. One was found, but I had to another night's lodging. I would have gone elsewhere but due to holiday weekend,rooms were in short supply. Reported incident BBB and Travelocity."

"We were picked up from the airport and we had a very friendly woman pick us up! I believe she said she was a manager and she was very nice and extremely helpful! The check in was quick and we were greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly! Overall we had a great stay and the hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. You don't find that much anymore and I will recommend everyone to stay at here!!!!!!"

"This was an amazing hotel!! It was very clean in our room and everywhere else that we went! A delicious complimentary breakfast ,and couple drinks in the early evening! But it wouldn’t have been as fun without Carlos!! He was absolutely the best and was so accommodating and our stay wouldn’t have been the same without him!! We feel like we made a friend and if we’re ever back in that area, we’d definitely stop just to see him!!"
