「Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti… two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun.」

「This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself....

「We had a dreamy stay at Pu'u O Hoku Ranch! We really enjoyed slowing down and enjoying each other's company in a beautiful setting. 「We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken.
