Terracotta steps lead up to the fourth bedroom, which is an ample, lofty area with en suite bathroom incorporating both a bathtub and separate shower. Here patio doors provide direct access to a rooftop terrace with far reaching views over the surrounding geography and mountain range.
The garden can certainly be described as child friendly, totally enclosed with plenty of grass areas for a light-hearted game of football or Tag and a pool designed to gently slope down into the water to encourage non-swimmers. No garden is complete without a barbecue and this one is no exception - savouring sizzling burgers and sausages around the pool will undoubtedly form part of the cache of holiday memories conjured up by this delightful villa.
Sitting mid-point between the colourful charm of old town Pollenca and the sandy shores of the Port, both with a substantial choice of places to wine, dine or just relax, ten minutes in the car will open a Pandoras Box of: Alcudia’s waterpark, a game of golf, retail therapy in local boutiques and craft stores, maybe a fun morning in a bustling market and of course the sandy coastline of the north never disappoints.
