Beautiful holiday villa located on the outskirts of Pollença, in a nice and quiet area. There is also a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden, with dining area and barbecue.

The interior of the house is bright and spacious, with a nice mix of traditional Mallorcan style and modern comfort. This villa is very cosy and homely, and is fully air-conditioned (with timer, set between 10pm at night and 5am in the morning). It also has internet access (WiFi). It is the ideal holiday home for a family wishing to stay in a nice villa within walking distance of the town of Pollença and with good beaches nearby.
