This was our second visit and the apartment continues to exceed our expectations. Fantastic location opposite the beach but also close to shops and restaurants. We can spend hours just watching the world, boats and seaplanes go by! The team at Sun Villas are really responsive and helpful. Thank you again!

Great location and incredible view to harbour.

This is a great property. Our only concern was how difficult it was to find parking. We booked this property in March before many of the hotels and restaurants were open. We often had to drive arrive until someone left their spot. Can’t imagine during high season.

great apartment and location during winter

we had a nice stay in the apartment. Despite some issues with stove, blinds, internet in the beginning, response and fixing was very quic and helpful. Very nice view not only to the sea, but also mountains. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Josep’s apartment. The location and views are stunning, apartment so spacious and clean with everything provided you could possibly need. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Josep immediately responded and was extremely helpful. We would recommend anyone to stay here if you love the area like us. We would love to return. We’d also recommend the transfer driver that Josep put us in touch with, Emilio, he was so helpful and gave clear instructions on where to find him on arrival and was there spot on time on our departure. Thank you for a lovely week, my parents and I loved it.

Perfect in every way 😎

Perfectly positioned for a relaxing holiday and easy access to the sea, shops, restaurants and harbour. No need for car hire as everything is on the doorstep. It’s best to use the bigger supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away as they are a fraction of the cost , and have a huge selection of everything. As fir the apartment,, the website doesn’t do it justice. It it beautiful and spotless with comfy beds and plenty of lovely kitchen stuff. Despite it being in the hub of everything it is extremely quiet being on the top floor, and great fir people watching with a nice glass of fizz. We all loved it. ( family of grandparents, parents , a teenager and 11yr old.

Disappointing

We chose this apartment because of good reviews on Vrbo, it is in a prime location on the main promenade and overlooks the marina. Unfortunately our first impression was the smell of drains and that it could have been cleaner, particularly the kitchen, but after opening all the windows and doors and a bit of cleaning up, this improved.The apartment is very big, especially for two of us, it is well furnished and well equipped, the double bed we used in the upper floor bedroom is comfortable with good quality bedding, the bedrooms have lots of hanging space and the bathrooms are more than adequate, the front balcony is a great place to sit and relax but loses the sun in the afternoon. The location could not be better, right on the beach, a Spar next door and dozens of restaurants within walking distance.In spite of its "exceptional" rating, it is in need of maintenance and updating, the glass bathroom door could not be closed properly, some of the furniture drawers were falling out and the laminate floor in our bedroom had been badly warped by water penetration. We were also constantly disturbed by the intercom being sounded for no apparent reason in the early hours, the hot water intermittently turned off and the kettle leaked water onto the live base socket. All these problems were reported to Josep and he replaced the kettle and arranged an electrician who found and fixed faults on the intercom and the hot water system.

A beautiful apartment in a stunning location

Stayed in the apartment for a week and we really didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect and the views were stunning. Very clean with lots of homely touches. My children appreciated the use of Netflix and prime video. The pictures don’t do this apartment justice. We cannot wait to return.

Eine ganz tolle Wohnung 5 Meter vom Strand entfernt und gleich neben einer ganzen Reihe von Restaurants. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Einzig der Wasserdruck ist überall so niedrig, dass Duschen etwas Geduld erfordert und die Spülmaschine nicht wirklich sauber macht. Aber in Anbetracht der sonstigen Qualität ist nicht wirklich ein Grund zum Punktabzug.

Perfect location

This apartment lived up to everything the spec said. Beautiful. Just a note to say if you are arriving by car at night, the directions need to be made clearer, plus it was very hard, due to the dark, to get the key safe to work.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf Meer und Berg

Wir waren mit 4 Freunden in den Apartment über Ostern 2021. Die Lage ist großartig, direkt am Meer mit tollem Blick. Die Wohnung hat 4 Balkone, so dass man auch am Abend noch hinten in der Sonne essen kann. Während wir da waren ist das Internet sogar noch verbessert worden, so dass auch Arbeiten möglich war. Eigentlich ein 5 Sterne Urlaub, allerdings müssten dafür ein paar mehr Basics in der Wohnung am Anfang zur Verfügung stehen (Seife, Spüli, Lappen, Geschirrspüler-Taps, Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, etc). Aber das war ja schnell kaufbar. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung und gute Betreuung.

Sehr schönes App. Mit grandiosem Hafen und Meerblick. Strasse am Meer ab nachmittags verkehrsberuhigt bis früh morgens. Von 2 Bädern eines nicht nutzbar, Dusche und Toilette nicht funktionsfähig, völlig verkalkt. Wasserdurchfluss sehr wechselhaft. Waschmaschine haben wir nicht in Gang bekommen. Betten knallhart. Interieur tw überholungsbefürftig.

stunning views

overall it was well equipped we did go and buy decent sized mugs as only tea cups provided, the showers were not that efficient. I received an electric shock from the iron and the ironing board desperately needs replacing as does the safe which we were unable to use due to a previous tenant losing the key. the iron was replaced within a few hours after messaging the manager who was always quick to respond to any queries. all in all we had a lovely 10 days holiday the apartment is in a perfect position for resturants bars shops etc and the view was just amazing

Beautiful apartment with the most stunning views

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. We were there for two weeks cycling. The views were stunning and we would sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Can’t recommend it enough
